Call out fee.
I have a standard call out fee of £70 + VAT if I can diagnose and fix it within that hour with no parts that is all you will pay.
Service it.
Your boiler service is important to try and keep your boiler working correctly and ensure it is safe. Boiler service £70+ VAT
Flush it.
A full power flush system clean is £450+ VAT, this covers draining the system, cleaning the system, inhibitor and filling the system.
Air Source Heat Pump.
Your heat pump service is important to try and keep your system working correctly and ensure it is safe. £125+ VAT.
CP12 it.
Landlord certificates are a must we offer the full checks with certificate for £70+ VAT.
Air Conditioning Service.
Keep it cool with your air con service, ensure your system is working and running efficiently to get the most out of your units. Prices £70 + VAT for one unit, £29 + VAT per additional unit.
Quote it.
Boiler installations can range in price due to choice of boiler or the size of your system. Prices start from £1200 + VAT.
Emergency call out
Call out fee of £130+VAT which includes 1hr labour. Emergency call out is classified as weekend and or out of normal working hours 08:30-17:00.
